Coping durig COVID-19 circumstances
During this time there has been many news reports about 'toilet paper wars', and lack of compassion and understanding, however, in contrast to this there are thousands of acts of kindness, generosity, love and hope being performed on both large and small scales across the globe. For a change from regular news, try checking in on some of the following pages which only feed positive stories.
For those who like visuals and have 5 minutes to spare in the day, have a watch of the creative video by Dr Russ Harris who uses the acronym 'FACE COVID' to suggest strategies on how to effectively respond to Corona crisis and the fear, anxiety and worry that goes with it.
